To assure the effective and efficient management of the Business plans/projects assigned, through the identification of plan requirements in terms of deadlines, costs, level of expected service and the support to the Technology Transfer for the coordination of a proper transfer of the project technical aspects. Facing up the plans/projects in such a way allows the progress to be constantly monitored, in order to maximize customer???s satisfaction and order profits, in line with the contract requirements.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
BUDGET To support the Superior/Senior in the budgeting process, through the analysis evaluation of potential revenues/profits, based on planned projects.
COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES To contribute to the commercial opportunities finalizing by understanding customers technical requirements, cooperate with clients to develop the best solutions and transfer information to the plant so as to identify cost potential, evaluate the proposed cost quotation together with the Technology Transfer Specialist, in order to optimize the negotiation process and the order cost definition.
PROJECT TRANSFER To assure the orders introduction in the plant, through the identification of contract requirements, the allocation of responsibilities and deadlines and the coordination, together with the Technology Transfer Specialist, of the technical and organizational transfer of the plans in order to start the project in an excellent way.
ISSUE RESOLUTION To assure the resolution of significant issues with the client related to complaints, costing, quality (product deviations and rejections), manufacturing (production, deliveries), material management (vendor or material changes) and invoicing, collaborating with the different functions involved in order to protect the Company interests and image.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT To assure the business relationships development and management with existing key accounts, through a clear understanding of the client???s organisation and business, participating to fares and meetings, suggesting potential technological developments to clients, in order to strengthen the clients??? loyalty to the Company, develop the Company technological capacity considering future clients need and identifying new business opportunities.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in Scientific Discipline
Technical and informatic knowledges: Pharmaceutical Operations (Production, Technology Transfer etc) or QA knowledge, Excellent Computer skills
Professional Experience: Customer Service Experience, Project management experience in Pharmaceutical Product Transfer Languages, Fluency in English
