    As E-Commerce Manager you will have responsibility for the general digital marketing and advertising of the hotel as well as responsibility for the area of online Customer Relationship Management.

    Your main responsibilities (not limited to) will include defining, managing and executing the online consumer marketing strategies across the hotels brand as well as developing and maintaining websites and databases for the effective execution of these marketing campaigns.

    Job Duties:
    Hotel Internet Marketing, Promotion & Advertising
    Responsible for driving marketing and distribution solutions that will increase sales, as well as building strong relationships with customers
    Website maintenance
    Provide monthly report on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis and target market segments booked through traditional off line channels that may successfully be driven on-line (eg. gift vouchers)
    Coordinate pricing and distribution activity with the sales & revenue management teams.
    Positioning on all third party websites - Manage relationships with third party web-site market manager’s to optimize placement, production, promotions, pricing.

    Skills Required:
    Degree qualified in either marketing or business related discipline.

    Must have previous experience in the hotel industry and previous experience in the development of on-line marketing campaigns together with knowledge of web and database design and management.

    Proven marketing creativity with familiarity and experience in multi-channel e-commerce advertising and marketing.

    Deep understanding and knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce products and trends.
    Experience of social networking sites/systems and other channels where segments have been identified to be receptive to these marketing channels.
