    Successful Candidates will:

    * Already occupy an Area or Regional Role with a fashion retailer
    * Possess at least two to three years experience in a field capacity
    * Have a proven track record in fashion retail management with established retail multiples
    * Be self motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Display excellent people skills , the ability to motivate and mentor a team of managers and staff
    * Possess excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
    * Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire the retail team to deliver consistently high standards of customer service
