    The ideal candidate will

    * Have a proven track record in fashion store management
    * Manage a high volume store with sales in excess of €3.5 Million
    * Be an excellent people manager with the ability to lead develop and retain the sales and management team
    * Display fantastic visual merchandising skills and the ability to maximise sales through strong visual proposition
    * Have a passion to move up the management ladder with a fantastic Irish retail organisation.
