The person will be involved in the development of business growth strategies and developing and leveraging senior relationships inside and outside key Corporate Account(s).
Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to ensure sales and profitability objectives are met and that all of the commitments to the customer are met on time and in full.
Responsible for ensuring agreed customer performance objectives and metrics are met and reporting on these on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Develop an ongoing contact plan for all levels of the customer’s business to ensure we are managing and developing all aspects of our relationship with the Account(s).
Implement appropriate procedures to support the business when required.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
To lead high level negotiations with senior members of the Client and Customer organisations.
Provide forecast information to wider organisation on medium to long-term activity levels.
Deliverables:
* Sales and Profitability Budget achievement
* Successful performance of key business growth metrics
* Successful achievement of KPIs for customer.
* Delivery of customer specific projects
Education / Experience
Business or related degree.
5-10 years experience in a similar role preferably within the Healthcare industry.
Proven sales, negotiating and account management skills.
Bid preparation experience including large corporate tender response preparation and pricing calculation.
Experience of working in a Project Management environment and an appreciation of Project Management methodologies and processes.
Excellent presentation skills to individual and group audiences up to Director level
Proven ability to work within a cross functional team environment
Full Driving Licence
Salary in the range of €50k to 53k plus Bonus - To Apply :
