    Main duties & responsibilities

    1. Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner, in relation to credit card accounts
    2. Build a rapport with the customer, ensuring any problems are solved whilst providing accurate product and service information
    3. Spot opportunities to sell further products and services
    4. Maintaining customer database, keeping accurate records of transactions carried out
    5. Ensuring Financial Services regulations are adhered to at all times

    Hours of Work
    You will work 35 Hours per week, between the hours of Monday - Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Flexibility is a must for this role. Exact shifts will be discussed at interview.


    Temporary contract, commencing Monday 8th March 2010.
    12 weeks temporary with a view to becoming permanent thereafter

    Hourly rate £7.45 per hour


    Essential criteria:
    1. Customer Service experience, preferably from either retail or banking back ground
    2. Call Centre Experience would be an advantage
